怎么样才能代理上网呢？

论坛上很多楼主都说 看不到图请挂代理 请问如何实现 ？
有的人说论坛里有教程的 请问在哪里 连接给下谢谢

代理，需要自己找才行。好像有个论坛叫代理中国，定期发布更新最新可用代理。
举例：用了国外某大学的代理，就相当于在该大学登陆一样，可以访问大学内部资源
国内对某些站点有限制，利用国外代理就能上的去。
