   惡棍和神職人員勾結，專門從事毒品、色情、暴力，胡作非為，大肆屠殺無辜的人。修女薩拉向上帝發誓成為修女之後，遭到腐敗神職人員的虐待和洗腦利用。在接近死亡邊緣的時刻，修女薩拉收到上帝的旨意，尋找讓她走上錯誤道路的人復仇。教會僱用的「洛杉磯 Muertos」摩托車團伙跟蹤她下來，要置修女薩拉於死地。她拿起了機關槍，武裝起來，在審判日這天開始大殺復仇。

   Upon taking her vows to become a nun, Sister Sarah is abused, brainwashed and drugged into submission by the corrupt clergy. On the verge of death from a lethal dose of drugs, Sister Sarah receives a message from GOD telling her to take vengeance on all those who did her wrong. Armed with God's will and an arsenal of big guns, she dispenses Judgment Day on her former tormentors. When the church hires the merciless motorcycle gang the "Los Muertos" to track down and kill her they soon realize tha. .. ..

   A nun, Sister Sarah, is neglected and abused by a corrupted clergy. On the verge of death after being heavily drugged and wounded the nun receives a commandment from God to take revenge against those who have sinned. After acquiring heavy weaponry, the nun seeks to kill those who had previously abused her. In response, the church hires the "Los Muertos" motorcycle gang to track her down and kill her.
