用了大半年的希爱力双效片的惨痛教训

是药三分毒，没尝试过药物，是不是服用药物久了以后心里对他有了依赖，没吃就暗示自己不靠他自己不大行。反正我目前状态一直还挺好，平时骑骑自行车、踢踢球，每次的表现还都算令人满意。个人还是建议保持运动，对这方面也有好处。
