首先撸管是肯定的要戒了  长期撸管使人的大脑性兴奋神经得不到有效的休息 使得龟头更加敏感 得前列腺炎的几率成倍增加
想治疗早泄 还是得早就医  越早越容易改善  养成习惯性早泄那就麻烦了  一般西医有针对性早泄的用药 达泊西丁 副作用较小 事前两小时服用 能起到降低神经敏感的作用 能帮助你延时  当然早泄的原因不止这一条  心里问题也很重要 不要过于负担重 增强自信心也是战胜早泄的关键 药物只是辅助  关键还是看自己有没有决心吧
