38岁割包皮有意义，在包皮切割以后，能够帮助过长的包皮去除，可以减少局部的细菌和真菌滋生，对龟头炎症可以起到预防的作用，而且也可以降低龟头的敏感度，对于射精能够达到抑制的作用，从而能够提升性生活质量。治疗期间需要做好个人的护理工作，要保持下体部位的清洁卫生，避免过多的性生活，当然你也要考虑割后的一些事，比如在家休养十天左右，不能同床40天左右。
