随着男性生理年龄的增长，也会出现类似女性更年期形式的一次雄激素分泌高峰，一般而言这次一过性的激素上升会导致很多情况出现，如性欲旺盛、脱发，精神改变，情绪改变等。春梦也在此类伴随症状之中。
大量的健身，运动都可以缓解这些症状，当然定期的排精也可以加快恢复，我会建议每三天排精一次为最好。
另外，还可以适量补充高蛋白及维生素B2缓解精神压力
